The city's construction and management levels have been continuously improved. We have implemented 140 key projects in nine major categories within the central city, with a total investment of 16 billion yuan. These include the renovation of Qinglong Bridge, the Tianjin Road connection, and the Guolian No. 1 wastewater treatment plant, along with the renovation of 174 old apartment complexes. The resolution rate for extended transitional housing reached 99.1%, benefiting 19,000 households. "Problematic property developments" have been dynamically reduced to zero, with the task of ensuring housing delivery completed ahead of schedule and exceeding the annual target for guaranteed housing delivery. Huai'an has become a national gigabit city. The city's road smoothness index has consistently ranked in the top five nationwide. We accelerated the construction of the Huai'an City Lifeline Safety Project and implemented 35 projects focusing on flood control and waterlogging prevention, thus successfully withstanding the test of the flood season. Our efforts to strengthen the long-term refined management of the city have yielded positive results in carrying out a pilot focusing on the comprehensive improvement of the surroundings of campuses in the ecological culture and tourism zone. We accelerated the construction of functional infrastructure. Key projects such as the Phase II Project of the Huaihe River Seaward Channel, the Nanjing-Huai'an Railway, the airport's Phase III project, the expansion project of the Lianyungang-Huai'an section of the Changchun-Shenzhen Expressway, the 264 Provincial Highway, Jinbao Channel improvement and the Huai'an Port Phase III project were comprehensively accelerated. The Hongze Lake Tourism Road was completed and opened to traffic. The Huangma Port was put into operation. The comprehensive green and modern shipping improvement project of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Jiangsu Section was completed, and the first special branch line channel to ports and parks in the province has been built. The inland container throughput remained the first in the province and container multimodal transport exceeded 100,000 TEUs for the first time, up 58.3%.
