Huai'an Builds a Supply-Demand Matchmaking Platform for Taiwan-Funded Enterprises' Industrial Chains
time:2026-11-05

To tackle the difficulties Taiwan-funded enterprises face in expanding into China's domestic market and the high costs of supporting collaboration, Huai'an has fully leveraged the bridging role of the Huai'an-Taiwan Industrial Integration and Development Promotion Association and the Municipal Association of Taiwan-Funded Enterprises, actively building supply-demand matchmaking platforms for their industrial chains. These efforts help Taiwan-funded enterprises better expand their domestic sales market and integrate more quickly into the Chinese mainland's industrial and supply chains. Since last year, Huai'an has helped Taiwan-funded enterprises reach more than 20 cooperation intentions with other companies in electronic information, machinery, trade, and other fields.

For in-depth visits and research, Huai'an has implemented mechanisms such as business service commissioners and extensive visits to Taiwan-funded enterprises, holding in-depth discussions on market expansion, industrial chain support, and development planning, and has identified the industrial chain expansion intentions of 11 Taiwan-funded enterprises.

For targeted matchmaking and negotiations, Huai'an has hosted special events such as the Huai'an-Taiwan Industrial Integration and Development Symposium and the Huai'an-Taiwan Industrial Chain Demand Matchmaking Conference, inviting participants from both the supply and demand sides. These events have enabled targeted matchmaking between Taiwan-funded enterprises such as Jiangsu Hexing Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., Want Want Foods, and Chan Iang Store Fixture (Huai'an) Co., Ltd., and companies such as Dawei Machine Tool (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Fushan Medical Products Co., Ltd., and Zengli Group, yielding a number of cooperation intentions.

While leveraging higher-level resources, Huai'an has actively engaged with provincial-level platforms and organized Taiwan-funded enterprises to participate in nearly 10 special events, including cross-strait industrial and supply chain matchmaking and cooperation between Taiwan-funded enterprises and central state-owned enterprises. The city encourages these enterprises to leverage their technological strengths in niche areas, discuss supply chain support and technical collaboration with various market entities, and achieve complementary advantages and mutual empowerment.

Focusing on chain-based investment promotion, Huai'an is exploring a targeted investment promotion model based on industrial chains. Seizing the opportunity presented by Avary Holding's capital increase, Huai'an hosted the PCB Industry Collaborative Innovation and Development Conference and accelerated the construction of the PCB Smart Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park. More than 30 supporting enterprises have already moved in, and a closed-loop PCB industrial chain is gradually taking shape.
