As of the end of September this year, one year after the launch of the "Huaijin Enterprise Assistance Loan" program, 10 designated banks under the program have extended 50.926 billion yuan in credit to 1,342 contributing enterprises, including 4.387 billion yuan in housing provident fund value-added credit, disbursed 27.973 billion yuan in loans, and helped enterprises reduce interest expenses by 154 million yuan.
The "Huaijin Enterprise Assistance Loan" program is an innovative dedicated housing provident fund financial product launched by Huai'an in September last year to explore the conversion of enterprises' housing provident fund contribution credit into value-added financing credit, aimed at helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency. Over the past year, enterprises have responded enthusiastically and participated actively, establishing a "1+10+N" win-win pattern where "the government sets the stage, banks provide support, enterprises reduce costs, and employees benefit," creating a powerful synergy among the Huai'an government, banks, and enterprises to work together in supporting businesses.
According to statistics, among the more than 1,000 enterprises granted credit, 689 are manufacturing enterprises, accounting for more than half of the total; credit extended to them reached 32.514 billion yuan, representing over 60% of the total credit granted, which reflects the further concentration of financial resources in key areas of industrial development and critical links of the real economy. Regarding the tiers of manufacturing enterprises supported by the "Huaijin Enterprise Assistance Loan," 9 leading enterprises in the 10-billion-yuan tier and major industrial projects received 4.607 billion yuan in credit, 248 specialized and sophisticated enterprises received 4.24 billion yuan in credit, and 323 high-tech enterprises received 12.54 billion yuan in credit. Financial support not only covers a broad range of small and medium-sized enterprises but also precisely serves major projects and backbone enterprises, further boosting the resilience and growth momentum of the manufacturing sector.
