Currently, a batch of major provincial and municipal industrial projects in Huai'an are seizing the prime construction window to sprint toward milestones, building new momentum for high-quality development through dedicated project breakthroughs.

Construction on the BKS Power Battery High-Value Utilization Zero-Carbon Factory project broke ground last August. With progress now exceeding 90%, the project is in its final sprint, with equipment delivery underway and construction of road networks, pipeline systems, and supporting facilities in progress. The Phase I Plant Building is now topped out, and on-site roads and ancillary works are progressing in an orderly manner. To keep the project on schedule, on-site management has coordinated and deployed over 150 construction workers and more than 10 sets of large and small machinery. As a major provincial project, it leverages core "Targeted Lithium Extraction" technology to achieve an overall lithium recovery rate exceeding 94%. It establishes a complete production chain ranging from the processing of lithium-containing materials to the steady output of battery-grade recycled lithium carbonate, creating a zero-carbon factory featuring the four-dimensional integration of "solar, storage, charging, and smart management." Once completed and at full design capacity, the project is expected to generate annual output value exceeding RMB 3.5 billion and tax revenue exceeding RMB 120 million.

Printed circuit boards (PCBs) are widely hailed as the "mother of electronics," while copper-clad laminates (CCLs) serve as their core raw material. The Copper-Clad Laminate Production Project of Jiangsu Hongruixing New Materials Co., Ltd. represents a total investment of RMB 3 billion, with a planned annual capacity of 27 million CCL sheets. Phase I is currently operating at full capacity, with monthly output steady at 1 million sheets, while steel structure construction for Phase II is progressing steadily. Phase II is scheduled to initiate equipment move-in during the second half of 2027 and enter production before the end of the year. Since trial production began, cumulative invoiced revenue has reached RMB 500 million. Based on current trends, its annual output value is expected to top RMB 1 billion this year.
