Since the beginning of this year, the Huai'an Federation of Trade Unions has focused on its core responsibilities of employee medical security and hardship relief. By solidly carrying out efforts such as expanding relief coverage, disbursing funds, promoting policies, and delivering targeted services, it has gone all out to ensure the implementation of the "Medical Assistance for Employees in Difficulty" project.

The Huai'an Federation of Trade Unions is expanding relief coverage. While advancing the project, the Huai'an Federation of Trade Unions has been carrying out employee medical mutual aid and assistance regularly, continuously expanding its relief coverage. As of September 21, the mutual aid association had assisted sick employees in a total of 4,258 cases, accomplishing the annual target of 3,000 cases ahead of schedule, with a completion rate of 142%.

The Huai'an Federation of Trade Unions is speeding up fund disbursement. Adhering to the principles of earmarked funds, openness, transparency, and efficient disbursement, the Huai'an Federation of Trade Unions spares no effort to improve the efficiency of fund utilization. As of September 21, a cumulative total of 6.0584 million yuan in employee mutual aid consolation funds had been distributed, exceeding the annual distribution plan of 6 million yuan, and the Huai'an Federation of Trade Unions ensured that every sum of mutual aid funds reached employees in a timely manner.

The Huai'an Federation of Trade Unions is delivering services to the grassroots. It has regularly conducted policy lectures and training sessions on employee medical mutual aid and security. To date, four special business lectures have been held for grassroots trade unions, providing targeted interpretations focusing on coverage scope, application conditions, approval procedures, and answers to common questions. These lectures effectively improved grassroots trade union officials' policy understanding, business handling capabilities, and proactive service awareness, fully unlocking policy dividends at the grassroots level.

The Huai'an Federation of Trade Unions is pushing forward under self-imposed pressure. On the basis of achieving the annual target of 3,000 cases ahead of schedule, the Huai'an Federation of Trade Unions took the initiative to set higher standards, specifying a requirement of "providing assistance for no fewer than 800 cases per quarter." Aligning closely with key timelines and consolidating work responsibilities, it proactively stepped forward to deliver relief services, fulfilling the original aspiration of delivering heartwarming assistance through concrete actions.
