Luanxiang Yi'ai Workshop, under the Huai'an Beautiful Workshop initiative, precisely recommends jobs for persons with disabilities according to their physical conditions, carrying out work such as cultural and creative handicraft making. It enables persons with disabilities to steadily increase their income through their own hands, gain a sense of achievement, and find a sense of belonging through work.

Employment and income growth are core livelihood demands for ensuring a better life for persons with disabilities. Focusing on the essential employment and entrepreneurship needs of persons with disabilities, the Huai'an Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation has carried out in-depth visits to enterprises to expand job opportunities, organized special job fairs, and provided skills training. It has implemented policies such as "subsidies for meeting quota + rewards for exceeding quota" and "direct subsidies without application," releasing the policy dividends that benefit enterprises and aid persons with disabilities.

Currently, the city has held a total of 36 special job fairs for persons with disabilities, visited and served 158 enterprises, and helped 830 persons with disabilities to find employment. In addition to the Beautiful Workshop initiative, a batch of employment platforms for persons with disabilities, such as Guolian Silent Coffee and 36 express delivery disability support stations, have been put into operation, placing more than 40 persons with disabilities into jobs. The city has issued 12,300 disability assistance consumer vouchers, benefiting 206 merchants hiring persons with disabilities and effectively broadening the avenues for persons with disabilities to increase their income.

Furthermore, persons with disabilities who find it inconvenient to work in enterprises can also find their haven at the Homes for Persons with Disabilities to realize their employment dreams. Currently, among the eight provincial-level comprehensive Homes for Persons with Disabilities, six have completed renovations and been put into operation, while the remaining two will be completed by the end of this month. The Huai'an Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation will comprehensively conduct project evaluation and acceptance, continuously solidify operational management, and give full play to employment assistance and care services. At the same time, it will actively coordinate with higher-level authorities to plan livelihood project targets for next year, continuously magnifying the practical results of helping the disabled get employed.
