Through multi-departmental collaboration and coordinated municipal-county efforts, Huai'an City hosted a dedicated job fair, making every effort to build a precise two-way matchmaking platform between job seekers and enterprises.

Focusing on key talent groups in work safety, the event targeted holders of Certified Safety Engineer Certificates and Special Operations Certificates, fresh and unplaced graduates majoring in safety engineering, and unemployed individuals who passed the Certified Safety Engineer examination in the first half of 2026.

According to statistics, preliminary employment intentions were reached with 334 people on-site, and the live stream garnered 9,835 views, helping ease employment challenges for job seekers and hiring difficulties for enterprises in workplace safety. In recent years, Huai'an has continuously intensified its efforts to cultivate work safety professionals. The number of applicants for junior Certified Safety Engineers has surged significantly year after year, and the talent pool continues to expand.

A total of 56 enterprises were invited to the job fair, offering nearly 2,000 jobs across various safety fields, including fire engineering, construction, transportation, and chemical production. The "Jiu Zai Huai'an" (Right in Huai'an) Douyin account live-broadcast the event, providing more targeted recruitment and employment services for employers and job seekers.
