Huai'an Strengthens Computing Infrastructure and Expands Smart Application Scenarios
time:2026-05-27

In recent years, Huai'an has leveraged the digital economy to empower urban governance. While strengthening its computing infrastructure, the city has expanded smart application scenarios and promoted the deep integration of computing facilities with intelligent equipment, injecting powerful momentum into high-quality development.

Recently, at the production site of Guoyou Zhipei (Huai'an) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., fleets of unmanned delivery vehicles, equipped with full-stack self-developed autonomous driving technology, were ready for deployment, achieving 24-hour fully automated delivery with centimeter-level perception and no onboard safety personnel. Targeting pain points such as high labor costs, low vehicle utilization, and inconsistent timeliness in traditional logistics, the company has invested over RMB 300 million to build an intelligent unmanned delivery system. With L4 autonomous driving at its core, the system integrates multi-sensor perception, intelligent scheduling, and algorithm optimization, covering various scenarios including express delivery, supermarkets, and fresh food.

From the deployment of intelligent scenarios to the support of digital foundations, the vigorous growth of the AI industry is inseparable from a robust computing power backbone. Tianhao Fuxing Big Data Center is dedicated to building an integrated platform for intelligent and supercomputing, providing solid support for traditional industry transformation and the high-quality development of the digital economy. Invested in and established by Shanghai Tele-hot Information Technology Co., Ltd., the center relies on a professional O&M team with over a decade of experience to provide 24/7 services. It focuses on AI computing supply and technical services, creating a collaborative ecosystem between its AI computing and technical service platforms to provide computing support and solutions for sectors such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. Currently, the center is equipped with 1,050 server racks, including 350 for AI intelligent computing and 700 for general-purpose computing. It continues to expand its computing resources, optimize platform services, and refine the computing power ecosystem.
