Recently, China National Intellectual Property Administration announced the list of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises from 2025 to 2027. Five Huai'an-based companies, including Cheeshine Novel Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Shenhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Leoch Battery, Jiangsu Shike New Materials Co., Ltd., and Huaigang Special Steel, were listed. 

So far, Huai'an has a total of 10 national intellectual property demonstration enterprises. The selected enterprises span key industrial sectors, including equipment manufacturing, new materials, and biopharmaceuticals. They are actively undertaking major projects in Huai'an's pillar and emerging industries. These enterprises have played a vital role in advancing core technological breakthroughs, facilitating the commercialization of intellectual property, and promoting high-quality economic development across Huai'an's key industries.

In recent years, Huai'an has established a comprehensive work system covering the entire chain of creation, application, protection, management, and service, steadily driving the high-quality development of intellectual property. Through policy guidance and targeted services, a group of intellectual property demonstration enterprises has been cultivated, creating a new tiered development pattern. Huai'an has released documents such as Guiding Opinions on the Management of Special Intellectual Property Funds and Work Plan of Huai'an City on Building Itself into a Pilot City of China's National Intellectual Property Right City (2022-2025), to provide stronger policy support. Huai'an has established Huai'an Intellectual Property Workstation (Trademark and Brand Guidance Station) and the Huai'an Data Intellectual Property Service Platform to ensure unified deployment of activities and promote the formation of an integrated work system at both municipal and county (district) levels. Meanwhile, the city requires all counties and districts to benchmark against the construction standards for China's national intellectual property demonstration counties and demonstration parks. It has cultivated clusters of intellectual property demonstration enterprises and fostered city-wide innovation among enterprises through training, exchanges, and sharing of best practices.
