By the end of March this year, 304 out of the 385 major provincial and municipal projects in Huai'an had commenced construction, with a completed annual investment of RMB 46.731 billion, representing 27.92% of the annual plan and surpassing the scheduled progress by 2.92 percentage points. Among them, 25 of the 27 major provincial projects had commenced, with a completed annual investment of RMB 9.852 billion, representing 28.58% of the annual plan and surpassing the scheduled progress by 3.58 percentage points; 14 of the 15 provincial key private investment industrial projects had commenced, with a completed annual investment of RMB 2.512 billion, representing 37.72% of the annual plan and surpassing the scheduled progress by 12.72 percentage points.
