This year, Huai'an plans to implement 31 land management projects, with the total financial investment of 292.5 million yuan and the governance area of 195,000 mu. Among them, there are 27 high standard farmland construction projects, with the governance area of 175,000 mu; there are 4 ecological comprehensive management projects, covering an area of 20,000 mu.
The projects, after their completion, will greatly improve the infrastructure conditions of local farmers' production and life, and lay a good material foundation for land circulation and increase of farmers' income.
