Huai’an joined the grand party of "Spring Festival couplets on Jiangsu City Walls" at Zhenhuai Tower plaza on Feb. 11. Zhang Jianchuang, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Huaian Municipal Committee and Director of Huaian Municipal Publicity Department, delivered a speech on combination of inheritance and innovation of Chinese cultures. 13 cities of Jiangsu were dressed up with Spring Festival couplets to usher in the Chinese Lunar New Year, or Spring Festival.
