The flow of inland ships has increased significantly with the resumption of work and production after the Spring Festival Holiday. In order to ensure the effective and rapid passage of ships and the timely arrival of production materials, Huai'an Port and Shipping Development Center has taken various measures to open up a "green channel" for work and production resumption.

First of all, Huai'an Port and Shipping Development Center intensified the inspection of the ships passing through the lock using video monitoring, wireless high frequency, and on-site management. Second, it continues to open the service channel for key and emergency materials and adjust the operation time through booking. Third, the "ETC" system is used to ensure the efficient passage of the ships with the priority to pass through the lock.

The three locks at GaoLiangJian, Yangzhuang, and Zhuma have released 28400 tons of grain, 158400 tons of steel, 62900 tons of coal, and 33900 tons of chemical fertilizer, which guarantee the smooth transportation of materials for the resumption of work and production.
