In order to promote the epidemic prevention and control during spring in schools, Huai'an has formed four inspection teams to carry out supervision and inspection of the prevention and control work in primary and secondary schools, childcare institutions and universities. The teams have focused on the implementation of their main responsibilities and various prevention and control measures in primary and secondary schools and childcare institutions, such as the temperature measurement and the health code of personnel entering the schools, the stockpiling of epidemic prevention materials, as well as the registration, tracking and reporting system for students' absence due to illness. In addition to the above measures, for universities in Huai'an, their focus was on the specific plans for nucleic acid testing of returning students, the conduct of emergency drills, the formulation of returning to school and reporting scheme, the setting up of temporary sampling points and the closed management of dormitories, etc. The teams have inspected 26 primary and secondary schools and childcare institutions as well as 9 universities so far, promptly issued a list of problems found, and requested the relevant units to make immediate corrections and conduct closed-loop management so as to ensure a smooth and orderly spring prevention and control of the epidemic.
