From Jan. to Nov. 2020, Huai'an cut taxes and administrative fees of 5.676 billion yuan, including 1.924 billion yuan of taxes and 3.752 billion yuan of social insurance fees and non-taxes collected by tax departments. This preferential policy benefits about 187600 taxpayers.

The taxes and fees reduced involve 1.625 billion yuan of VAT, 15 million yuan of corporate income tax, 210 million yuan of individual income tax, and 3.752 billion yuan of non-tax and social security fees.
