Since this year, Huai'an has continued to make efforts in the local housing security work. Up to now, subsidies for public rental housing have been granted to 2,494 households with a total amount of 1.76 million yuan.

This year, Huai'an Public Housing Center has organized two public housing distribution activities based on lottery system. 340 new families with public rentalhousing and 19 families with shared ownership have been granted. The fund to assist purchase has reached 4.5 million yuan. The number of protected families and the amount of purchase assistance have increased by 137.5% and 110.3% respectively year-on-year.
