Jiangsu Baimei Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. completed the customs declaration of sodium sulphate exported to Southeast Asia at the Xingang Port on November 10. After being checked and released by Huai'an Customs, the cargo was loaded directly onto the ship "Xiangyu 98". It is the first time that Huai'an Customs has applied the "direct shipment upon arrival" model of export goods. It takes only 30 minutes from the arrival of containers to the completion of loading, which saves up to 10 hours compared with the traditional model.

"Direct shipment upon arrival" is one of the measures implemented by Huai'an Customs to facilitate international trade. Recently, Huai'an Customs focused its attention on clearing the congestion of customs declaration for the enterprises in Huai'an. For example, it applies the model of "declaration in advance + release upon arrival", provides online guidance, and supervises the whole process of goods arrival, declaration, release, and loading.
