On the afternoon of September 28, the first "one-stop" service center in the mainland for Taiwan businessmen and compatriots entered into substantial operation in the city of Huai'an. On the same day, the service platform of Huai'an municipal financial reward and subsidy was also launched. Cai Lixin, Secretary of the Huai'an Municipal Party Committee, and Chen Zhichang, Mayor of Huai'an, jointly inaugurated these two service centers.
The service center for Taiwan businessmen and compatriots was initially established in December 2010, and after 10 years of operation, it has become an important carrier for serving Taiwan businessmen and compatriots in Huai'an, promoting exchanges and cooperation between the two places, and boosting the Taiwanese investment for the city's construction. The new service center has set up five stations with substantive service, namely in approval, policy, reward and subsidy, life security and integrated development, so as to achieve the unified acceptance and registration, research and promotion, coordination and solution, as well as feedbacks of Taiwan related approval and services, and create a first-class Taiwan related business environment in China. Based on the principle of "full collection, openness and transparency, high efficiency and convenience, and integrated implementation", and the process of "one form for application, one window for acceptance, classified audit, one-click payment and closed-loop management", the reform of municipal financial award and subsidy service can realize the centralized integration of various types of financial awards and subsidies, such as administrative payments and awards. Meanwhile, the integrated services for various types of financial awards and subsidies can be carried out and the more high-quality, efficient, transparent and convenient integrated services for various market entities will be provided as well.
