The first batch of cross-border e-commerce B2B exports in Huai'an were successfully declared on July 10 in Huai'an customs, which symbolizes that the enterprises in Huai'an and the surrounding cities have access to a more convenient and efficient new channel of international trade.

This cross-border e-commerce B2B export regulatory reform adopts targeted regulatory measures such as one-time registration, one-point handling, simplified declaration, prioritized inspection, and customs transfers. The whole declaration process, which is paperless, is characterized by automatic reviews, real-time check and release, making customs clearance more efficient and convenient.

The successful declaration of B2B exports of cross-border e-commerce in Huai'an is the first one in North Jiangsu Province after the establishment of the fifth batch of 46 cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test zones by the State Council. It is of great significance for Huai'an to give full play to the unique advantages of cross-border e-commerce, to help foreign trade overcome difficulties with new business forms and models, to make every effort to stabilize the basic market of international trade and foreign investment, and to boost the industrial transformation and upgrading of the whole city.
