Recently, to standardize the operating service fees priced by the government and reduce the burden of real economy enterprises, Huai'an Development and Reform Commission released The List of Operating Service Fees Priced by the Government in Huai'an according to the requirements of the state and Jiangsu Province for dynamic adjustment of the list.

A total of 13 types of services involving nine management departments are included in this list. The services cover traffic, parking, coach station service, residential gas engineering installation and water supply, digital cable TV, monopoly trading platform, judicial service, property management, etc. The List of Operating Service Fees Priced by the Government in Huai'an shall be implemented as of June 1, 2020, and The Notice on Publishing the List of Operating Service Fees Managed by the Government in Huai'an shall be repealed at the same time.
