In April, there emerged 19200 new entities in Huai'an, an increase of 153.39% year-on-year and 56% month on month, showing a strong rebound.

Statistics show that April saw 16500 new privately-owned businesses in Huai'an, an increase of 200.95% year-on-year. Among them, 10727 privately-owned businesses were registered on "dinggehuo.cn", accounting for 65% of the total number of the new privately-owned businesses in Huai'an. A total of 2698 new enterprises of different types were registered, a year-on-year increase of 30.4%, including 491 state-owned, collectively-owned and state-controlled enterprises, a year-on-year increase of 127.31%, and 2202 private enterprises, a year-on-year increase of 20.26%.

Since the beginning of 2020, Huai'an government has actively promoted the upgrading of government services, improved the efficiency of administrative examination and approval, and the connection of examination and management. It has also continuously boosted the electronic registration of enterprises. A total of 12233 online electronic registrations were applied in April. It has also made other measures integrating the ideas of big data and gridded and full service to ensure the resumption of work and production.
