The signing ceremony of thermoplastic and solid carbon fiber special-shaped parts project with a total investment of USD 50 million by Nanpao Group of Taiwan was signed through video conferencing on February 21.  

When combating novel coronavirus pneumonia, Huai'an Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to the construction of the holy land for Taiwan-funded enterprises and the healthy development of these enterprises in Huai'an. Huai'an government issued "Suggestions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Taiwan-Funded Enterprises during the COVID-19" (referred to as "Nine Clauses Supporting Taiwan-Funded Enterprises"), which is the first of its kind in China. It is the first project after the "nine clauses" was issued, and also the first key Taiwan-funded project after the substantive operation of Huai'an-Kunshan Taiwan-Funded Cooperative Industrial Park.

In accordance with the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government of Jiangsu, Huai'an, as the Taiwan investment agglomeration area approved by Taiwan Affairs Office of China, is vigorously promoting the construction of the holy land for Taiwan-funded enterprises and the coordinated development of Taiwan-funded economy in Kunshan and Huai'an. Since the substantive operation of Huai'an-Kunshan Taiwan-Funded Cooperative Industrial Park, Huai'an and Kunshan have made joint efforts to promote the development of this park, which shows broad prospects and huge potential.
