An orderly resumption of work and production has been promoted in Huai'an with increased coordination and guarantee for local enterprises so as to successfully handle epidemic prevention and control as well as economic and social development at the same time.

In order to ensure that the epidemic prevention and control of Huai'an resumed enterprises is in place, Huai'an has issued Work Plan for Enterprises in Work Resumption and Epidemic Prevention and Control, which formulates six requirements including the preparation of prevention and control supplies, the comprehensive disinfection and protection and the strict approval of the work resumption applications. As of February 12, 131 enterprises have resumed to work. In Shihlien Chemical Industrial Jiangsu Co., Ltd., body temperature check, disinfection and registration of visitors are carried out step by step. Besides, its factory production is stable and orderly, and many of its chemical products such as soda ash and ammonium chloride are transported to all parts of the country. It also optimizes the production team and process, simplifies the on-site operators, and reduces labors from 1300 at usual times to around 500. Meanwhile, concentrated meal in canteens is taken place by unified lunch box at scattered places.

In order to solve the existing problems in those resumed enterprises, Huai'an has issued "13 Measures" to increase financial support and reduce tax burden. At the same time, specific policy and precise assistance are provided. Resident staff from Huai'an Economic and Technological Development Zone and Lianshui County are sent to key enterprises to strengthen their coordination and guarantee. At present, the problems of raw material supply and product transportation in companies such as Jiangsu Aitefu 84, Zhongxing Pharm and Chengkai TCM have been all effectively solved and their production efficiency has been greatly improved.
