Recently, Huai'an Chiatai Qingjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has been approved as the "2019 National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" because of its comprehensive advantages in intellectual property, through the recommendation by Jiangsu Intellectual Property Administration and the review organized by the National Intellectual Property Administration. It is the second enterprise in Huai'an to win this award after Tasly Diyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

"National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" is selected by the state in order to realize the development goal of building powerful enterprises and a strong country of intellectual property. It refers to the demonstration enterprise with industry influence and leading role in the aspects of intellectual property creation, application, protection, and management, etc. In recent years, Huai'an has accelerated the establishment of the national intellectual property pilot city, carried out the cultivation of enterprises with intellectual property advantages, formulated and implemented incentive policies, highlighted the dominant position of enterprises, improved the service capacity of intellectual property, and effectively reduced the cost of innovation and creation of enterprises. As a result, a number of advantageous enterprises with independent intellectual property rights and core competitiveness have emerged. Up to now, the city has 2 National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises and 12 National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises.
