In order to further implement the plan for promoting employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates and help them realize the full employment with higher quality, “2019 Huai'an College Graduates Employment Service Action” has been launched since September, in accordance with the unified arrangement of Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department.

The Service Action mainly covers seven aspects which enable college graduates in need to receive corresponding employment services and policy supports. First, unemployed graduates with employment intention should be fully included in the help list and the real-name registration of employment service. Second, job information should be provided. Third, graduates who need job hunting skills should be supported with vocational guidance. Fourth, graduates who need to improve their skills should be provided with vocational training. Fifth, graduates who want to increase their work experience should be offered with trainee opportunities. Sixth, graduates who are willing to start their own businesses should be provided with entrepreneurial services. Seventh, graduates with employment difficulties should also be aided.

During the service month, Huai'an human resources and social security departments have used methods such as publicity brochures, banner slogans and community display screens to achieve better publicity and create a good atmosphere for the action. The significance, registration process and preferential policies of the real-name registration of unemployed college graduates have been widely publicized.
