Recently, the third award-presenting ceremony of "Huai'an Charity Award" was held in Huai'an, and "Rehabilitation Project for Disabled Children" by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federationof Huai'an was praised as "the most influential charity project".

Since 2007, Huai'an has carried out rehabilitation assistance for disabled children in an all-round way, strengthening the construction of rehabilitation institutions, improving the level of rehabilitation services, and standardizing the rehabilitation service process. Rescue rehabilitation services were provided to disabled children aged 0-6 years with autism and problems in hearing and speech, intelligence, vision, and limbs (cerebral palsy). More than 10,000 children received free rehabilitation assistance. The rehabilitation effects for those with hearing and speech and limb disabilities (cerebral palsy) are very obvious in particular. Most of them with hearing aids, walking aids, etc. after systematic, scientific and standardized rehabilitation training, can go to ordinary kindergartens and primary schools.
