Recently, in Hanqiao Central Primary School, Gaojiayan Town, Huaiyin District, Huai'an was held the International Public Welfare Summer Camp for Left-behind Children on the theme of "Perceiving the World, and Looking into the Future", which was guided by Huai'an Committee of the Communist Youth League and Huai'an Committee on Care for Children. The teachers from Belgium and Chinese volunteers gave these children opportunities to experience whole courses in English. Four hundred left-behind children from Hanqiao Central Primary School participated in the camp.
