Huai'an will actively promote smart parking in the city this year and plans to build 250,000 square meters of civil air-defense projects, providing more than 7,000 underground parking spaces.
The city will strengthen the construction of an integrated air-defense and emergency-response system, make the civil air-defense alarm a part of the urban emergency management, improve the management of civil air-defense posts, support the development and use of civil air-defense structures, especially for the underground parking spaces, and integrate them deeper into the building of smart city.
