Recently, the Huai'an Financial Center Urban Green Park, located in the heart of the Shuidukou CBD in Huai'an, officially opened to the public. The new 22,000-square-meter lawn has become a new hotspot for citizens to relax, exercise, and take photos.

The plot was originally designated as future construction land for Cluster A of the Huai'an Financial Center. To enhance precise urban governance and maximize the value of idle land, the Financial Center implemented a temporary greening project tailored to local conditions. By transforming the idle plot into an open public landscape, the project effectively unlocks the land's ecological and social value.

Land preparation and lawn laying officially began in April this year. The project developer selected grass species suited to Huai'an's climate, installed a sprinkler irrigation system, and maintained the area through meticulous care, including regular watering, fertilizing, and weeding. After four months of development, what was once a vacant lot has been transformed into an expansive and inviting urban green space.

The park enjoys a prime location, bordering Bochishan Park to the south, creating a vast, interconnected green landscape. Thanks to the "zero-carbon" design, the park follows a minimalist and natural style. Eschewing complex artificial landscaping, it features vast, open lawns that create a sense of airy transparency, allowing visitors to experience the tranquility and beauty of nature up close.

The Financial Center plans to diversify its offerings by introducing specialty markets, cultural and creative workshops, and light dining, seamlessly blending ecological beauty with the vibrant pulse of urban life. In the future, citizens will not only enjoy the greenery and take walks on this expansive lawn but also participate in various engaging activities, enhancing their overall sense of fulfillment and happiness.
