To implement Jiangsu Province's "Suzhi Huxin" targeted intellectual property (IP) protection service initiative, the Huai'an Intellectual Property Protection Center recently provided enterprises with services including pre-examination counseling, high-value patent strategies, and cross-regional pre-examination coordination. Additionally, the Center has collaborated with the Qingjiangpu District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau to establish a patent task force and four service squads. These teams conducted on-site visits to help enterprises systematically build "technological moats" and strengthen their innovative competitive advantages.

The patent task force has visited enterprises in key sectors, including new materials, intelligent manufacturing, biotechnology, food processing, and precision instruments. Through targeted visits and face-to-face exchanges, they provided on-site services including high-value patent strategies, pre-examination counseling, and cross-regional coordination. They also guided enterprises in preparing filing materials and provided "one-stop" IP advisory services, helping more high-quality innovative entities benefit from the "green channel" for patent pre-examination.

To date, the Huai'an Intellectual Property Protection Center has conducted on-site visits to dozens of technology enterprises. A total of 686 enterprises in the city have successfully qualified for patent pre-examination filing. Huai'an's effort to cultivate innovative entities has achieved phased results. Moving forward, the Center will continue to deepen municipal-county synergy. By making routine visits a strategic priority and on-site counseling a key driver, the Center aims to elevate patent pre-examination services toward greater refinement and precision. Meanwhile, the Center will promote the full-chain cultivation and application of high-value patents with higher standards, thus establishing a solid IP foundation for the city's high-quality development and the cultivation of new quality productive forces.
