Since this year, Huai'an City has integrated its judicial administration service resources to establish integrated online and offline legal service zones.
Online, relying on the 12348 public legal service hotline, online legal service platforms, and a legal knowledge popularization new media matrix, the city has opened 24/7 online service windows. These windows integrate functions such as legal consultation, dispute mediation, legal aid, notary appointments, corporate legal need reporting, and typical case searches, establishing a closed-loop mechanism of "enterprises placing orders, judicial authorities accepting orders, and precise matching." Enterprises can submit online applications for legal "compliance checks," customized legal knowledge popularization, and rights protection assistance. Simultaneously, the platform has launched "cloud legal classrooms" to regularly push legal dissemination content in fields such as labor and employment, commercial transactions, and intellectual property.
Offline, Huai'an has integrated public legal service windows, industrial park service stations, and university legal practice bases, centralizing functions such as on-site consultation, legal "compliance checks," pre-litigation mediation, and mock trial training, shifting from passive reception to proactive door-to-door service. To address issues such as insufficient courtroom experience and weak dispute resolution capabilities among in-house corporate legal staff, the legal service zones have collaborated with law schools to launch customized immersive mock trial services. This not only shores up weak links in practical experience for corporate legal personnel but also builds a practical training platform for law students, achieving mutual empowerment and win-win results for both universities and enterprises.
