Recently, the 2026 Nanjing Metropolitan Area College Student Job Fair was held in Nanjing. Huai'an City organized a delegation of 12 key enterprises, including Avary Holding, Zenith Steel, King's Luck Brewery, and Hanbon Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd., to participate. The aim is to seize the critical talent recruitment window during the university graduation season and further advance cross-regional talent coordination and sharing within the Nanjing Metropolitan Area.

Since this year, Huai'an City has focused closely on enterprise labor needs, continuously enhancing its service capacity and implementing a "one enterprise, one policy" approach. Consequently, the labor situation has remained stable and positive, with the workforce size growing steadily. As of the end of May, the city's registered workforce reached 656,100, an increase of 2,202 compared to the end of last year.

To address the personalized needs of enterprises such as Avary Holding and BYD, Huai'an City has developed differentiated recruitment routes, establishing 11 specialized channels across the Northwest, Southwest, and Northeast regions. The city organized 35 campus recruitment events in Shenyang, Harbin, and other cities for key industrial enterprises, held four government-university-enterprise matchmaking symposiums, signed seven school-enterprise cooperation agreements, and reached preliminary employment intentions with over 8,300 candidates. Meanwhile, by integrating resources at the city and county levels, Huai'an held 753 recruitment events, including specialized fairs and "talent night markets," both online and offline, and within and outside the city. It also organized local enterprises to conduct labor matching in Guizhou, Gansu, and other regions. Furthermore, human resources matchmaking activities were organized to facilitate cooperation between HR service agencies and leading enterprises such as Zenith Steel and Qingding Precision Electronics, thereby providing a targeted supply of high-demand talent.
