On March 18, the Inaugural Meeting of the Huai'an Data Labeling Industry Alliance and the Industry Supply-Demand Matchmaking Conference were held at the Huai'an Zhiyouwo Digital Technology Industrial Park. Leading Chinese companies, local data labeling companies, industry chain partners from both inside and outside the city, as well as representatives from universities, medical institutions, industry platforms, and training institutions in Huai'an, gathered together to witness the establishment of the alliance.

The year 2026 is designated as the "Year of Releasing the Value of Data Elements," presenting a significant opportunity for the data labeling industry. Huai'an has gathered nearly 30 related enterprises, covering the Internet, intelligent driving, smart healthcare, and other fields, laying the foundation for the establishment of the alliance.

The establishment of the Huai'an Data Labeling Industry Alliance marks a new stage of development for the city's data labeling industry, characterized by resource integration and collaborative innovation, which will inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the digital economy. As a comprehensive service platform for collaboration between government agencies, schools, and enterprises, the alliance will play three roles: serving as a "bridge" by establishing a regular supply-demand matchmaking platform; serving as an "industry benchmark" by leading the formulation of standards and cultivating practical talent; and serving as a "development engine" by focusing on local resources and creating a hub for regional industrial development.

During the event, the Huai'an Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Huai'an Municipal Education Bureau interpreted the talent and industry-education integration policies; the Jiangsu Vocational College of Finance and Economics and the Jiangsu Huai'an Technician College introduced specific measures to serve industries; DataOocean AI and Taoding Group gave thematic presentations; representatives from alliance members, industry platforms, and training institutions conducted promotional exchanges. During the session of supply-demand matchmaking between government agencies and enterprises, between universities and enterprises, and among leading companies, all parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as business cooperation, talent cultivation, and industry-education integration.
