On March 12, Shi Zhijun, Secretary of the CPC Huai'an Municipal Committee, led a team to visit the headquarters of China Logistics Group and met with Liu Jingzhen, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of China Logistics Group. The two sides focused on thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches. They focused on leveraging Huai'an's comprehensive transportation advantages and China Logistics Group's industry-leading capabilities, promoting deeper, more practical cooperation, creating win-win outcomes, and signing strategic cooperation agreements.

On behalf of the CPC Huai'an Municipal Committee and the People's Government of Huai'an, Shi Zhijun expressed his heartfelt thanks to China Logistics Group for its long-term support for the development of Huai'an. He said that signing a strategic cooperation agreement at the key node at the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan is conducive to promoting the rapid development of the hub economy, integrating into the unified national market, creating new advantages in comprehensive competition, and providing more efficient, lower-cost logistics services across all aspects. Huai'an will implement the concept of "fulfilling and transcending our promise and providing services by anticipating needs" to provide an all-around service guarantee for China Logistics Group and promote early implementation and effectiveness of cooperation issues.

Following the strategic cooperation agreement and the principle of "serving national strategy, real economy, and people's livelihood," both sides will give full play to their advantages in logistics resources, logistics technology and operational capabilities, so as to jointly build platform companies, co-build intelligent logistics platforms, deepen multimodal transport models, and promote the coordinated development of industrial chains and supply chains. They will actively promote coordinated development between central and local governments in researching Huai'an's modern logistics system to jointly advance the high-quality development of modern logistics in Huai'an City.
