By the end of 2025, public data resources registered in Huai'an have spanned 5,390 categories, making Huai'an the only district-included city in the province to have passed the milestone of 5,000 categories. The city has led the province for six consecutive months in this regard, and its standardized management of public data resources has achieved landmark results.

Since March last year, Huai'an has thoroughly implemented the national and provincial decisions and arrangements on the registration of public data resources. Aiming at building a city-wide integrated data resource management system, it established a working mechanism characterized by city-county linkage and whole-process standardization while comprehensively promoting the registration of public data resources.

The registered data covers several key areas in Huai'an, such as people's livelihood security, urban governance, government services, and industrial development, and supports high-frequency application scenarios such as social security, medical care, transportation, real estate, and market supervision, laying a solid foundation for public data sharing and authorized operation. The complete public data resource account thereby formed effectively promotes the accurate connection of data supply and demand, and reduces the cost of data use in the whole society.
