After more than a month of trial operation, the integrated "Employment, Training, and Evaluation" service platform developed by Huai'an City has been officially launched.
The platform has established a targeted training supply mechanism of "public ordering, government dispatching, and institutional receiving." Citizens can access the "Huai'an Human Resources and Social Security" WeChat official account and click on the "Vocational Training" menu to register. The homepage features sections introducing popular occupations, information on upcoming citywide skills training sessions, and details about government-subsidized training institutions. By clicking "I Want to Train" at the bottom, applicants can fill in basic information such as their name, desired occupation, and training location, then submit it. The system will automatically match and recommend suitable training sessions, making registration easy. Once registration is successful, the training institution will proactively contact the trainee to arrange the training program. Upon completion, the platform will link the trainee's learned occupation with the enterprise employment information database, intelligently match job opportunities, and push employment notifications accordingly.
At present, Huai'an City is continuously advancing the "Skills Empower Huai'an" initiative, providing skills training to 100,000 individuals each year. The integrated "Employment, Training, and Evaluation" service platform enables comprehensive collection of training needs, allows each training site to tailor course systems accordingly, and ensures that trainees receive precise employment information after obtaining their certificates. This forms a closed-loop process of "demand collection–targeted training–skills evaluation–job recommendation."
