To implement the Several Measures of Jiangsu Province for Implementing Three-Year Actions to Optimize Consumption Environment, boost consumer confidence and expectations, and improve people's quality of life, 18 departments in Huai'an, including the Huai'an Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, the Huai'an Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Huai'an Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Huai'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and the Huai'an Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV, and Tourism, recently jointly issued the Several Measures of Huai'an City for Implementing Three-Year Actions to Optimize Consumption Environment.

The policy focuses on five actions, namely improving consumption supply quality, optimizing consumption order, improving efficiency in safeguarding consumption rights, co-governing the consumption environment, and leading the consumption environment. It covers 16 aspects, including promoting consumer product quality improvement, advancing consumption quality improvement, launching more consumption scenarios, maintaining a firm bottom line for consumption safety, and optimizing the consumption environment. Based on the actual situation of Huai'an City, 56 measures have been put forward, including further implementing the actions of "increasing varieties," "improving quality," and "creating brands" in the consumer goods industry, strengthening the construction of quality infrastructure, creating an online-offline integrated service model, and promoting the qualification rate of consumer goods in Huai'an City to more than 95%. The city will optimize the consumption environment in an all-around way, boost consumer confidence in all fields, stimulate consumption vitality throughout the whole process, and continuously enhance people's sense of gain, happiness, and security.
