In recent years, Huai'an City has actively promoted training programs, such as transforming "technique night schools" into "workplace development hubs" for residents. This initiative encourages citizens to utilize their free time, including evenings, to enhance professional skills and achieve higher-quality employment opportunities.

This initiative is aligned with the needs of the people. The Jianghuai Vocational Training School in the Huai'an Economic and Technological Development Zone employs a model of "public requests—government planning—night school implementation." It has conducted several domestic service training sessions within communities. Since the beginning of this year, five evening training sessions and three weekend training sessions have been completed, with approximately 300 individuals trained in total.

The implementation keeps up with market trends. Following the morning classes at Hantang Software Vocational Training School, students receive assignments tailored to current market demands. Furthermore, the curriculum is designed to align with market trends. Besides UI design and e-commerce platform management, courses like data annotation and artificial intelligence training have emerged as popular options. Graduates can also benefit from direct employment services and have the opportunity to be prioritized for recommendation to partner enterprises for employment.

Innovation facilitates breakthroughs. Evening classes, weekend classes, hybrid classes...The flexible learning mechanism, characterized by "optional time slots, adjustable courses, and controllable progress," enables more citizens to attend classes after work. Furthermore, through the "course customization" service, enterprises or communities can collectively submit their requirements, allowing night schools to tailor class plans according to registration details, thus effectively mitigating work-study conflicts and precisely meeting actual needs.

To support the development of "technique night school," Huai'an has enacted various training subsidy policies, incorporating qualified training programs into the scope of governmental subsidies. Moving forward, Huai'an City will continue to broaden training domains and enhance the diversity of course offerings.
