time:2025-06-18

Focusing on the needs of industrial growth and talent acquisition, Huai'an is accelerating the deep alignment of talent recruitment, cultivation, and retention with regional industrial advancement—creating a dynamic synergy where talent and industry fuel each other's success.

Firstly, a talent service mechanism has been established. The "Enterprise Empowerment" talent service initiative has been launched, creating a "dedicated personnel, specialized visits, and tailored services" system. A total of 1,196 high-quality talent service specialists have been selected, with 3,900 on-site enterprise visits conducted and 2,684 tailored technology talent policy guides provided to assist companies in addressing 323 urgent issues.

Secondly, a supply-demand matching platform has been built. Leveraging the talent resources of the Science and Technology Town Mayor Group, a "one industry, one group" matching mechanism has been established. 78 members of the group have been appointed as technical consultants for enterprises, assisting 31 companies in connecting with technology innovation talent resources. Multiple "One Chain, One Course" talent salons for upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain have been held, inviting a total of 76 entrepreneurs, 18 industry experts, and 6 financial or venture capital experts for interactive exchanges.

Thirdly, a cooperative and shared ecosystem has been fostered. The "Thousand Enterprises, Hundred Schools" collaborative innovation initiative has been launched, establishing high-level platforms such as the SEU National Technology Transfer Center in Huai'an, the Industrial-Academic-Research Cooperation Base of Nanjing University of Science and Technology in Xuyi, and the Huai'an Industrial Technology Research Institute. This has promoted the construction of 67 R&D platforms, including innovation centers for academicians and experts (enterprises), engineering technology research centers, and corporate laboratories, resulting in the incubation of 341 industry-academia-research cooperation projects.
