Huai'an has deeply integrated the cultural connotation of traditional festivals with tourism development by holding a series of cultural and tourism activities such as the 2025 Huai'an Grand Canal Dragon Boat Invitational and Cultural Tourism Consumption Carnival, the 2025 Thousand-year Huai'an Flavor·Dragon Boat Festival Beautiful Life Consumption Carnival, and Banzha Wonderful Tour, greatly enhancing the cultural and tourism experience of the general public and tourists. In addition, during the Dragon Boat Festival, six matches in the third round of the 2025 Jiangsu Football City League were staged. Traveling with the "Jiangsu Football City League" has become a new trend for fans and tourists. Huai'an Xiyou World of Adventure, Huai'an Fu Shu and other places have launched free ticket activities for fans in a timely manner, attracting tourists. According to preliminary calculations, the city's 40 scenic spots included in the statistics (including 39 A-level scenic spots and Huai'an Glorious Orient) received a total of 618,100 tourists, a year-on-year increase of 15.82%, and achieved revenue of RMB 12.1486 million, a year-on-year increase of 34.69%. The city's 31 public cultural venues (including 14 registered cultural and museum venues) and 95 cultural stations have carried out a total of 169 mass cultural activities of various types (including online), with a total of 60,400 people participating in cultural activities (including online).
