During the Spring Festival, key production enterprises in Huai'an City will not close down. They are busy with production, ensuring supply and catching up orders, making every effort to accelerate the Spring Festival and strive to achieve a good start. The investigation by Huaian Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the city's industrial enterprises above designated size on the production resumption during and after the Spring Festival shows that during the Spring Festival (the 29th day of the twelfth lunar month to the 7th day of the first lunar month), 131 industrial enterprises above designated size in Huai'an City, such as Huai Steel, King's Luck, Fuqiang, Suyan Jingshen, Trina Solar, Jietai, Taihua, Jushi, etc., continued to produce, mainly focusing on new materials, new generation information technology, new equipment manufacturing and other industries. In addition, according to the feedback from Huai'an Power Supply Company, the city's real-time industrial electricity consumption during the Spring Festival increased by 13.7% compared with the same period last year, showing sufficient orders and high capacity utilization rate of industrial enterprises in Huai'an City.

Enterprises resume work and production early, with a high attendance rate of employees. According to the survey, as of February 6 (the ninth day of the first lunar month), the work resumption rate of enterprises was about 76.9%, 3.6 percentage points higher than that in the same period last year. Among them, 160 key monitoring enterprises have resumed work at a rate exceeding 95%, far higher than the city's average level, and enterprises that had not resumed work started to resume work successively from February 7; Among the 44 projects listed in the major industrial project library of Sichuan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, 33 have resumed work, with a resumption rate of 75%, including ZTT, CSI Solar and Guochuang Precision Semiconductor. The remaining projects have started one after another around the Lantern Festival.
