time:2024-12-23

Recently, Huai'an City has conducted a quality inspection of dangerous house renovations for low-income rural groups to further understand the implementation of the renovation policies aimed at benefiting these residents. This initiative aims to consolidate the achievements of the renovations and ensure that policies genuinely deliver positive results for the community.

The inspection was organized and implemented by the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. Professional technicians visited 6 districts and counties: Qingjiangpu District, Huai'an District, Huaiyin District, Hongze District, Lianshui County, and Xuyi County, covering 53 towns and streets. They conducted on-site inspections, reviewed records, and visited households to focus on the quality and safety of the renovated houses, the current usage of these houses, and the disbursement of funds. They listened to community concerns and sought to gain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of the dangerous house renovation work for low-income rural residents, ensuring that every household undergoing renovation can live in safe and comfortable homes.

The Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau will continue to carry out dynamic monitoring of housing safety for low-income rural groups, promptly incorporating newly identified dangerous houses into the renovation plan. It is committed to ensuring that all necessary renovations are made and to maintaining a dynamic zero tolerance for unsafe housing. This effort aims to guarantee rural housing safety and enhance the well-being of residents, ultimately solidifying the community's dream of secure housing through practical actions.
