On September 27, during the opening ceremony for the 2024 incoming college students, Huai'an presented comprehensive "Huai'an Gift" service packs to the 2024 new students enrolled at Huai'an colleges and universities. In addition to the previous offerings related to transportation, cultural tourism, movie watching, and dining, new content has been added, including reading and walking social practice activities for college students and a comprehensive service pack from the Huai'an SJID Dream-Building Initiative. New students only need to download the "iHuai'an" app, click into the college student service section, and they can view and receive the comprehensive service pack.

The Publicity Department of the CPC Huai'an Municipal Committee has initiated a reading and walking social practice activity for new college students titled "Love Huai'an: Start by Getting to Know Her". According to the Huai'an reading map, new students have the opportunity to explore 32 sites online, including attractions like Red Huai'an, Scholarly Huai'an, and Beautiful Huai'an. Additionally, they can register offline for 10 engaging activities, such as research and study sessions, book recommendations, essay contests, photography and short video competitions, and national reading lectures. They can earn points by attending these events, which can then be exchanged for various rewards like books, audio and video platform memberships, and coffee and tea coupons. Completing discoveries at all 32 sites entitles them to receive a book coupon valued at RMB 500.

Huai'an SJID Group has brought together its resources to offer new students discounts on book purchases, dining, and fitness services from over 20 brand merchants at Huai'an SJID· ins park. After the launch of the SJID Business Membership System, exclusive coupons will be issued to college students, allowing them to enjoy services such as point exchanges and new product experiences in associated commercial complexes.
