Recently, two used vehicles declared for export by Huai'an enterprises were exported from Horgos Port in Xinjiang and successfully delivered to customers in Central Asia. This marks a zero breakthrough in the export business of used vehicles in Huai'an City.

In February this year, the Ministry of Commerce and the other four departments jointly issued an Announcement on Matters Related to the Export of Used Vehicles, opening the export business of used vehicles to all cities in China. Huai'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce seized the policy opportunity, guided enterprises to go through relevant procedures, and contacted public security, industry and information technology, transportation, customs, and other departments to solve problems in the process of vehicle centralized procurement, transfer of ownership, inspection, and transfer.

At the end of April, with the help of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Huai'an Fengsi Wode Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. became the first filed enterprise to export used cars in Huai'an. After the company qualifies to export used vehicles, it can independently sign overseas orders, declare for export, and run the export business of used vehicles. The company promptly established a branch in Central Asia to speed up establishing international trade channels. After handling the first used vehicle export order, it signed another export order for 12 used vehicles.

Huai'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce will keep serving export enterprises, and provide "one-to-one" guidance for enterprises in filing and certifying export qualifications. It will also attract enterprises interested in exporting used vehicles to Huai'an through channels such as investment promotion and exhibitions to inject new impetus into the stable and quality improvement of foreign trade in Huai'an.
