Recently, the inaugural ceremony of the Huai'an "Advanced Manufacturing" Employment Alliance and the "Thrive in Huai'an, Pursue Your Dreams" series of events took place in Huai'an. This initiative aims to further integrate and leverage resources and advantages from the government, industry, academia, and research sectors to explore new models for the synergistic development of advanced manufacturing and high-quality employment in the current landscape. The goal is to promote the establishment of an employment-friendly modern industrial system.
The Huai'an "Advanced Manufacturing" Employment Alliance is a regional non-profit organization initiated by the Talent Affairs Office of the CPC Huai'an Municipal Committee, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and Jiangsu Vocational College of Electronics and Information. It involves collaboration among relevant government departments, local universities, and key enterprises in the city. The alliance focuses on the development of Huai'an’s "7+3" advanced manufacturing clusters and adheres to the spirit of the Conference on the City's Major Project Initiatives and Business Environment Optimization. It aims to fully utilize the innovation platforms and talent cultivation roles of universities and deeply advance government-school-enterprise cooperation. In addition, it strives to create a new development pattern of deep integration between schools and localities, positive interaction between industry and education, and complementary advantages between schools and enterprises, thereby promoting high-quality and full employment for graduates.
Currently, the alliance has brought together 23 advanced manufacturing enterprises, including Zenith Steel Group (Huai'an) New Materials Co., Ltd., Jiangsu King's Luck Brewery Co., Ltd., Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing (Huai'an) Co., Ltd., and Qing Ding Precision Electronics (Huai'an) Co., Ltd. By pooling strengths and integrating resources, the alliance helps university graduates find jobs.
