On the morning of May 6, the construction of Stylution's East China Software Home Science and Technology Park Project started in Huai'an District, Huai'an City. Shi Zhijun, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, announced the commencement of the project. Chen Yanmu, Executive Vice President of the Association of Taiwan Investment Enterprises on the Mainland, Chairman of the Internal Development Working Committee and Chairman of Stylution, and Sun Jibing, Deputy Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC Provincial Committee, delivered speeches.

Chen Yanmu said that the settlement of Stylution's East China Software Home Science and Technology Park Project in Huai'an District benefits from the district's high-quality and efficient business environment. Stylution will make use of its own advantages to promote more close cooperation between Taiwanese businessmen and Huai'an. It will also sound the second 50-year development horn of the group in Huai'an, take root in Huai'an and build a century-old enterprise.

Sun Jibing said that the construction of Stylution's East China Software Home Science and Technology Park Project will not only inject new impetus into the economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Jiangsu and Taiwan and the Taiwan-funded economic development in Huai'an, but also vividly embody Taiwan enterprises' taking root in mainland China, high-quality development and integration into the new development pattern. He hoped that Taiwan businessmen would strengthen their confidence, take root and develop, visit Huai'an more often for inspection and exchange, and share the development opportunities of win-win cooperation.

Huai'an is one of the important highlands for economic cooperation with Taiwan in Jiangsu Province and the only "Demonstration Zone for Industrial Transfer and Agglomeration Services of Taiwan-funded Enterprises" in China. The provincial government issued Several Opinions on Supporting the Construction of Huai'an Taiwan-funded Agglomeration Demonstration Zone, established a provincial joint conference mechanism, and provided 50 supporting policies such as industrial support, factor guarantee and policy innovation. In recent years, the quality and efficiency of Taiwan capital utilization in Huai'an have been continuously improved. Huai'an has ranked first in northern Jiangsu for many consecutive years in the number of new projects approved annually, agreed Taiwan capital utilization and actual Taiwan capital received.
