On the morning of September 20th, Huai’an City launched its slow traffic eco system, featuring 6,000 “Mushroom Blue Elves” shared e-bikes, to better serve citizens’ transportation needs.

While 6,000 e-bikes were officially launched, Huai’an City’s urban management department has also completed the construction and renovation of 1,000 stations. This has expanded slow traffic network now spans across the Economic and Technological Development Zone, Qingjiangpu District, Huai’an District, Huaiyin District, Industrial Park, and the Ecological Cultural and Tourism Zone. This achievement signifies the basic completion of the municipal government’s 2023 project to enhance the quality of life for Huai’an residents, ushering in a new era of green, low-carbon, safe, and convenient living.
