After the mid-term adjustment of provincial major projects, the number of major annual projects at the provincial level reached fifteen. With a total investment of 124.856 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 22.86 billion yuan, these projects are expected to generate significant economic benefits.

From January to August of 2023, the provincial major projects in Huai’an have completed an investment of 21.748 billion yuan, representing 95.13% of the annual plan. This surpasses the schedule of Huai’an by 28.46 percentage points and of Jiangsu province by 8.59 percentage points. Moreover, all eight new projects have been launched in the first quarter.
