On the evening of Sept 16, the 2023 Huai’an Culture and Tourism Carnival kicked off in Tangzhen North Square in the Seeyou World of Adventure.

With the soul of culture and the medium of tourism, Huai'an will take this activity as an opportunity to tell the story of Huai'an well, highlighting its unique charm, rich supply, beauty and warmth. This will help to attract more friends and help them develop a better understanding of Huai'an. By utilizing new media platforms and taking advantage of provincial promotion activities, Huai'an will better spread its voice and make a bigger and stronger brand of “Huai’an culture and tourism”, aiming to become a cultural tourism destination city in the north of the Yangtze River Delta. Centering on the integrated development of culture and tourism, Huai'an accelerates its own development by actively exploring new models to keep the rising of cultural and tourism market, and the prosperity of cultural and tourism enterprises, thus enabling people to enjoy higher-quality cultural and tourism products.

The carnival has established 41 cultural and tourism activities in six regions: an opening ceremony, a cultural and tourism introduction, a consumption promotion, cultural exchanges, art performances, and a list of cultural benefits for the public.
