Recently, Huai'an City announced the list of high-tech enterprises to be cultivated in 2023. The list included 154 enterprises, an increase of 113.8% year-on-year.

The Jiangsu Feiter Communication Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Qifa Biotechnology Co., Ltd. businesses have extensive experience in fields such as new materials, electronic information, and biopharmaceuticals, and are highly complementary with the “7+3” industry leaders in Huai'an City.

Since the beginning of 2023, the Science and Technology Bureau of Hua'an has deeply implemented the cultivation of high-quality enterprises and has revised and issued the “Management Guidelines for Cultivation of High-Quality Enterprises in Hua'an City”. The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau will provide policy, finance, and support to the enterprises in this program, enabling them to accelerate their growth and attain high-tech enterprise recognition as soon as possible.
